SITUATION
The pretty village of Bayford is located close to the eastern edge of Wincanton and close to the border with Dorset. There is an active community with a church, a village hall, garage and a public house. It is within easy driving distance of several small market towns including Wincanton, Gillingham and Bruton and is situated in some lovely countryside.

Other towns within commuting distance from the property include the regional centre of Yeovil as well as the Cathedral City of Salisbury and the historic town of Sherborne with its famous Abbey and Castles. There are excellent Schools in the area with a primary schools In Bourton, Charlton Musgrove and Wincanton. State secondary schools include King Arthur's in Wincanton and Gillingham School as well as Sexey's in Bruton.
